CLART 296 - Supervised Work Experience
1.0 to 2.0 Credits Experience in occupational settings in the hospitality fields. Credits earned depend upon number of hours worked. S/U grade only. Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in CLART 295 .
Course Objectives Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Obtain and show successful work experience in the Food Service Industry.
