CLART 181 - Hot and Cold Sandwich Preparation



2.0 Credits
Introduction to quick serve cooking in a cafeteria setting: hot/cold sandwich cookery, portioning and preparation. Some line work will be introduced. Prerequisite: CLART 100 .
