SHS 121 - Case Management and Community Resources
3.0 Credits Defines the role and functions of a case manager, history, challenges of the job, and knowledge and skills necessary to be effective including how to make referrals and act as an advocate and community resource specialist.
Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

- Identify key components of a Strengths Based Case Management approach/style. [REASON]
