MGMT 214 - Principles of Management
5.0 Credits Learn managerial skills, with emphasis on: planning, situation analysis and decision-making, organizational structure, change management, staffing, leading employees and teams, and controlling operations. Students apply management skills through case studies and projects.

- Analyze the basic principles of traditional management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling in a variety of contemporary organizations. [REASON]
