GED 009 - GED Preparation
Maximum of 10.0 possible Credits
Class prepares students for the official GED tests, college classes, and current or future work. Registration permitted first seven weeks as space is available.
Prerequisite Departmental advising required.
Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs)
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate improvement in one of the following areas: math, writing, and/or reading in preparation for passing the GED.
- Practice group interaction skills.
- Recall and apply test taking strategies.
- Describe and apply study skill techniques.
