Interested in learning 250 of the most commonly used woody landscape plants? This class is a primer on trees and shrubs for Northwest gardens. Be prepared to arrive and depart from field sites on your own.
Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Recognize broadleaved evergreens, coniferous, and deciduous trees and shrubs commonly used in Pacific Northwest gardens by their scientific (Latin) name, including family affiliation, and common name. [REASON]
