PE 118 - Aerobic Bench and Exercise 1.5 Credits Challenging fun aerobic exercise class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness & burning fat. Uses STEP exercise apparatus in variety of movements, including traditional athletic moves & dance style. Floorwork involves weight resistance training & toning. S/U grade option.
Course Objectives Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proper form, body position, and techniques for basic bench/step movements and routines. [REASON]
