Program Description International High School Completion is a program for students educated outside the U.S. who have not yet earned a secondary school diploma or credential. Students complete Washington state high school requirements and earn a diploma that is accepted throughout the U.S. Qualified International High School students can earn high school and college credits concurrently.

Students under 17 must present credentials demonstrating English proficiency before being accepted. Incoming students will take an English placement test upon arrival and need to meet entry level course placement requirements. Students who do not meet the minimum English skill level will start out in the Intensive English as a Second Language Program.
When to apply? Students may start in the program at the beginning of fall, winter, spring, or summer quarters.
