Note 1: Students must complete a minimum of 5 credits of Humanities and 5 credits of Social Science, and a total of 15 credits between the two. These courses can be selected from the list of approved courses.

Note 2: Program Electives must be selected from the list on the AS-Track 2 degree plan.  It is recommended that all Physics majors complete the  MATH& 2XX series (note 3). Other recommended courses include CHEM& 161-163 & BIO& 211-213 if pursuing the Biophysics track; ENGR& 121 & ENGR& 240 if pursuing the Computational Physics track.

Note 3: Students should take MATH& 254, MATH& 271, and MATH& 272. These courses all have the same prerequisites and can be taken in any order.  These courses are NOT required pre-requisites for Physics Majors, but are required for 4-Year degree completion.
