SUMMARY/SCOPE
Edmonds College awards Military Tuition Assistance (TA) to eligible students in accordance with the Department of Defense Tuition Assistance funds.
Military TA is awarded to a student under the assumption that the student will attend school for the entire period for which the assistance is awarded. When a student withdraws, the student may no longer be eligible for the full amount of TA funds originally awarded.
Edmonds College has developed procedures for the administration of Department of Defense TA funds and the return of unearned TA funds if a student stops attending courses at Edmonds College.
